Do you charge any setup fee?
No, we don’t charge any setup fee. All you have to budget for is the agreed cost of services. No hidden costs!

What are your working hours?
Our work timings are from Monday to Friday. Our staff works from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. And if the situation demands, our staff is also open to working over the weekends so that the work gets done.
What does your outsourcing process look like?
We are a process-oriented firm ensuring we always work according to what’s important to you and your business. We hold preliminary rounds of discussion to learn about your business requirements . Then, we spend time understanding your document operating procedures. If you are happy with the SLAs set by us, we then officiate things by signing an agreement that includes the deadlines of the project, data protection clauses, team members involved, etc. Once the paperwork is signed, we begin work. We also hold weekly meetings to hear your grievances and improve our processes accordingly. Client satisfaction means everything to us!
For how long am I committing to you?
Honestly – for as long as you want to. The beauty of working with Stellaripe is that you can choose either of the engagement models (FTE, pay-as-you-go, and Portfolio Management Services) depending upon your requirement. If you are satisfied with our services and have more jobs for us, we can continue working together. But please note, we don’t offer a dedicated resource for our digital marketing services as that’s delivered as a package by different skilled people within the marketing team.

Yes, we do offer free trial for all our services. We believe offering this facility will give you the chance to check the quality of our work and get convinced about outsourcing before you sign the dotted line. There is no limit to the type of job we accept on a trial basis. If for some reason you are unhappy with the outcome of the trial, then there is no obligation to move forward.
