Sr. Accountant – UK Accounts

We are looking for talented and enthusiastic team members for UK accounting and taxation. The ideal candidate will be involved in preparing financial reports and statements, bank and statutory reconciliations, compliance checks, and conducting ledger reviews.

Notice period of 1 month or less shall be preferred.

Key areas of the scope:

  • Compiling detailed working papers, finalizing year end accounts
  • Analyzing General ledger, passing recoding entries and year end adjustments to finalize year end accounts of Companies
  • Compiling and analyzing financial statements as per FRS 102/105
  • Coding the Trial balance into finalization software and ensuring the consistency and accuracy of the figures (TaxCalc, CCH, Digita, TaxFiler, Xero Tax etc.)
  • Producing required reports and filing accounts with HMRC/Companies House
  • Candidate should be capable of working independently with minimal senior intervention

Qualifications and Eligibility requirements:

  • CA, ACCA, B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance, CMA
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in year-end accounting and taxation
  • Know-how of UK accounting and tax
  • UK accounting software expertise mainly Xero, QB, IRIS, CCH, TaxCalc, Digita etc.
  • Well versed in English language including communication, correspondence and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.)

Salary range

As per company norms, plus incentives on achieving organisation goals

Flexi shift i.e.; anytime between 11 to 11 (ideal – 11am to 8.15pm)
